"MAP" Two identical reports are behaving differently-details/setup internally are identical

Hi experts,

I have recently prepared a report for demonstration porpuses that includes a few charts, tables and a Map to show customers' location based on their UK postcode. The report was and still functioning properly.

However, when I went on-site to deliver the training and while trying to replicate the report with all attendees, all report elements seems to have worked when we replicated them in a new report file, however, Map visual kept on erroring:

All setup and configuration are identical between two reports, fields, columns types, tables relationship.

If any additional information is required please do ask me and I will provide them 🙂

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on error message, you should set the aggregate for latitude and longitude to Don't summarize manully in the latitude and longitude field.

If you still need help, please share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the scenario, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
