I seem to remember a few years ago that Power BI desktop did not have the ability to use ESRI file geodatabases as a data source. I like to periodically check to see if Power BI has that capability but I'm surprised that I'm not finding any information one way or another. I'm guessing not, but would love to confirm.
If not, I'll probably head of to the "Ideas" and make a suggestion that file geodatabases (fgdb) be a valid data source in Power BI desktop

@kbuckvol , power bi have an option to use ArcGIS map. But I doubt that what you are looking for
