"DirectQuery for Power BI datasets and Analysis Services" does not work in Power BI Desktop

Hi Everyone,

I'm very excited about the Power BI Desktop preview feature "DirectQuery for Power BI datasets and Analysis Services", which is documented here:

I tried everyting that was mentioned in the documentation, however, it didn't work for me.

I have upgraded my Power BI desktop to the latest version available.

Have anyone had any luck with it? What could be wrong?

To use this feature, you need to enable this preview feature in Options firstly. And there are some limitations on this feature.
