I am facing Schedule resfresh error issue intermitantely to multiple reports.
Report:XXXXXX has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

I have checked the forum and i can see that this issue was occured in Jan 2023 and it was resolved in next few days but i am not facing it regularly.

my gateway is updated and is online always when the reports are refreshed.
i am looking for any solution or changes which i have to do at my end to resolve?

@SantoshKumar , try if these can help
1. Restart your Gateway and computer to have a try
2. Upgrade your Gateway or uninstall and reinstall a Gate way

I have tried the steps which were mentioned before asking solution for my issue. it has not solved the issues yet.
