1. Restart your Gateway and computer to have a try
2. Upgrade your Gateway or uninstall and reinstall a Gate way
Else log an issue https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

I have tried the steps which were mentioned before asking solution for my issue. it has not solved the issues yet.
