Hi there,
One of my csv file has a date column, typical value is something like "2023-03-14", but some value will be partial date like "2022-12-UN". This kind of parital date could be in a row after the first 200. If I load the data with default setting with "Data Type detection" set to "Based on firsr 200 rows", it will load with error, because it is considered invalid date. I need to select "Based on entire dateset" to force PBI to read it in as a text field. But when I do that, the load button grayed out.
I really don't want to load the data with errror, first I lost some information, secondly, it will cause trouble in sheduled refresh.
Anyone has an idea how to get around this?
Thanks

As you get more familiar with Power Query you need less help in deciding what column types to use. Remove the suggested type changes, then clean the data and then reapply the type changes that you find necessary.

Howdy!
I have the same issue, except I don't see any check box to select. Is there anything else I can try?
