If I have the following graph, is it possible to colour the variable names according to the group they belong to. That is to say, I have classified these variables in 3 groups, can I assign to each group a colour and that in this graph there are 3 different colours in the names of the variables?

Are you referring to the field names displayed by Value being grouped according to a custom rule for color change? I tried the sample pbix for that custom visualization, but there is no option to customize the ability to change the color of the value name, and since this is a custom visualization, I suggest you contact the developer.
