problems connecting to OneDrive & SharePoint from Power BI desktop to open a desktop file for edit

Based on your questions, here are my answers.

Confirm that the Admin tenant setting is enabled. If it’s disabled, you’ll receive a notification stating “Sharing has been disabled” when you select the Share button in Power BI Desktop.
