problem with bing maps (The specified credentials are invalid. you can sign up for a free developer)

Two days ago, started problems with bing maps. When I make a map, I get an error: "The specified credentials are invalid. you can sign up for a free developer account at https://www.bingmapsportal.co...

    Thanks for the advice.

     

    I found a solution:

     

    I have been blocked all Microsoft telemetry.
    Including in the file host was registered address: 0.0.0.0 dev.virtualearth.net.
    I deleted this line and it all worked.

    Not sure what is the problem
