problem connecting to oracle

I am trying to connect to oracle from power bi, and getting this error

The recommended provider (oracle.dataaccess.client) is not installed.  You can continue with your current provider , howerver, it has been deprecated and may not work correctly.

I am trying to install ODAC for 64 bit from below url,

https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/odac-downloads.html

Is it the ODP.NET file that i need to download ? if I do that I get the message

" The files of this zip file are NOT to be installed on top of an existing Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) based Oracle Home installation."

Also, where can I find the odac driver in my machine if its already installed?
