I have a table as below and i would like to change the background color only the red circles ( row header and row grand total header) is there a way to do that in powerbi ? many thanks in advance. ...

currently there's no option that allow you to control the coloring of specific headers, it applies for all and not fro specific.

Currently it is not possible in Power BI the way you want to color the visual.
You may need to use a colored shape in the background then put on it your table.
Or use a picture in the background then put on it the table.
