It won't be possible to view the dashboard without logging into the Power BI service environment.

You will be required to login the same credentials that you used while publishing the dashboard to web from Desktop application.

i have question . i have seen some like powerbi demo in web sigth. that is not asking the username and password. 

how i can do that way.

Hi JAGA123 ,

You will be required to have a valid power bi license (PRO/Premium) in order to be able to publish a dashboard to web and without that you won't be able to publish the dashboard.

Once you publish with valid credentials, you can publish it in web which will be public and in that case the users will be able to see the dashboard without credentials.
