powerbi line graph only show one value and name of that line when you hover on a data point

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me with this, when i hover over a line graph in power bi it shows all values for all lines for that date but I just wnat the value of the line i have hovered over and the name of that line.  I understnad ther eis a way to do this using custom tool tips but if someone can walk me guide me through step by step on how to achieve this.

The current system does not support this function .The link below is to introduce the Line chart in Power BI .

Hi @hdg 

Is this the result you want ? When you hover over a line graph in power bi ,it will  display the value , the column name and value for X axis .

I have attached my pbix file ,you can refer to it . If it does not match what you said, you can provide the result you want .

Hi thanks so much for your response. This works for one line but not for multiple lines.I added an extra data column in your example. If you hover over a point on ONE line it should only show the name and value of that line and not both the lines. The example below shows both names and both values which can be confusing if you have many lines.

thanks so much for your response i did follow along with this tutorial on how to create a customs tooltip the problem i have is when once i have created a report tool tip page i put the field that i use for my legend (lets say this is called factor name) in the data field, it only shows the "first factor name" - and so my graph shows only that name for every line on my chart,  how do i get it to show which ever point i am hovering at. attaching an example
