I'm trying to develop a dashboard which is called "pigeon dashboard". Where the assembly dept. will put a .csv file (which contains the pending job numbers and the spares that are needed). Hence it's a pending list I have selected the latest file from their input.

Also the spare dept. will put a .csv file (which contains spares that are made according to job numbers).

I have to compare both files and display what spare came and what didn't to despatch/assemble those jobs. But the problem part comes here. Before they despatch/assemble they are going to store those jobs in a rack until the spares come.

The problem is I have to assign a rack number to store that job until that spare has been received. Also if that job received spares that will be despatched and I have to assign that free slot from the rack to the next job.

Help to assign rack number according to pending jobs
