why can't I see all the fields under the visualization box. do I have a setting wrong?

Hi,
In 'Option' setting, find the 'Preview feature' and select 'On-Object interation'. Restart your Power BI after this.
This way you will be able to scroll down the entire 'Build' panel.
Hi @Ppage
This looks like a screen resolution / Windows display scaling issue, not a Power BI setting. When the vertical space is limited, the Visualizations pane can’t show all the field wells.
Try:
Maximize Power BI Desktop.
Set Windows Scale to 100% (Settings → Display → Scale) and/or increase screen resolution.
Reduce in-app zoom (bottom-right) if needed.
Collapse other panes (Filters/Data) or drag the pane divider to give Visualizations more height.
As a quick test, move Power BI to a higher-resolution monitor.
