Hi,

In 'Option' setting, find the 'Preview feature' and select 'On-Object interation'. Restart your Power BI after this.

This way you will be able to scroll down the entire 'Build' panel.

Hi @Ppage

  • This looks like a screen resolution / Windows display scaling issue, not a Power BI setting. When the vertical space is limited, the Visualizations pane can’t show all the field wells.

  • Try:

    1. Maximize Power BI Desktop.

    2. Set Windows Scale to 100% (Settings → Display → Scale) and/or increase screen resolution.

    3. Reduce in-app zoom (bottom-right) if needed.

    4. Collapse other panes (Filters/Data) or drag the pane divider to give Visualizations more height.

    5. As a quick test, move Power BI to a higher-resolution monitor.
