power bi slicer visual

Hi,

1)I have table1 with fields subblock , value, runningTotal.

2)created single input value slicer InputMW.

Expected Result:

If a user enters a value in inputMW slicer.get the rows from table1  where runningTotal is next available value greater than equal(>=) to  input value.

ex:if input value is 10 get all rows upto 1C(12.56561033)

ex: if input value is  20 get all rows upto 1D( 25.00518486).
