power bi report showing different forma when shared?

Hi i have created a report that when i view itshow me the correct format (top PIC)  but when i share it the users see the format as 2nd PIc - how do i fix this?

then this data type need to be changed to text

it need to show as time   as it show amount of time on calls

@Dougers1  try disabling this setting and see, looks like its automatically converting it to time format, file --options
