power bi report display data based on the postgresql dynamic parameters with the web application

When we give start date and end date in web application , the data in the postgresql retrive it display data in power bi ?

1. Web application designed in PHP

2. Data base in Postgresql

Requirement:

When end user enter the appliation data like start date and end date, the date range data need to display in power bi. Here back end is postgresql connected to power bi and passing parameters statically its working where as passing dynamically power bi not accepting it?

How to resolve the issue?

whether power bi support dynamic parameters from postgresql database?
