power bi map bubbles not working

In power BI desktop the map bubbles populate in different sizes according to their volume. On power BI online the bubbles are all the same size and some of the states do not populate at all. The size field is filled with a calculated column "=(1)" and the states are values from a lookupvalue calculated column. The location columns are categorized as "place".

I am unable to reproduce this issue on my side, and I am using latest version of Power BI Desktop(2.65.5313.841 ). Would you please share sample data of your table so that I can test?
