Helper IIpower bi log files
Hi,
I am trying to save a report from my Power BI Desktop to the Power BI Report Server but just get an error saying that an error is encountered. Is there any way to troubleshoot why this might be happening? Or anywhere I can see the log files?

I have created local users on the server machine that is running the report server with the identical username and password that my users use to logon to their client machines.Now, I am able to publish the reports. Thanks everyone for your kind help.

Hi pragyamishra，
Please check if you can access Power BI report server via browser on the same machine. Please try to use Upload button in web portal to see if you can publish reports.
Also you could go to File—>Option and Settings—>Options—>Diagnostics—>tick the Enable tracing —> Open traces folder, then you will find the Power BI log files.

Yes, I can access the report server browser on the same machine and can upload the reports too. Just unable to do so when I am trying to save a report directly to the Power BI Report Server. :(
