charanrazzz , Without looking at the steps, it's difficult to tell, but I suspect you might have appended the tables twice.

 

If this does not help
Can you share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

Thanks for amitchandak reply. You can use third-party tools to share your pbix files (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.), and remember to set public access when you do so.
