Super Usercharanrazzz , Without looking at the steps, it's difficult to tell, but I suspect you might have appended the tables twice.

Can you share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
I'm practicing with a open source data. So I dont mind sharing the complete file. I have intially combined all 10 csv sheets, so im not sure where it could happen as i dont remember selecting anything as such to append. How do i share the pbix file?
