power automate flow one drive issue

I have a flow which creates csv file, but one drive folder is not showing the new file untill i make any change to one drive eg.  create file/folder manually or delete any exisitng file/folder after which new csv file created by flow is showing up .

Also when I'm running the flow again , flow gets stuck at creation stage with error :folder is in use cannot create file

Please try to create a new flow, this issue maybe caused by the connection.
