power BI Desktop

i new in this topic, i need to pay some license for use Power BI Desktop of SQL Server 2016 or reporting services portal web? i understand that new version of sql server 2016 is ready with this package. please i need help

    If you need capacity in cloud, you need to pay for the license. Otherwise, you just need SQL Server Enterprise with Software Assurance. Please refer to this thread.
