populating table/matrix based on row&column combination
Lets say I have a dataset which contains the timeseries for the swap rates of 3 countries (EUR, USD, GBP) & 3 tenors (2y, 5y, 10y) the column headers are [date EUR2Y EUR5Y EUR10Y USD2Y USD5Y USD10Y...

1. select date and unpivot other columns
2. split attribute column
