populating a column based on value in another column

Hi All,   I'm sure this has been answered before, but i've spent an hour looking for it and so far haven't been able to find what i need.   I have 3 columns shown below, what i need to do is take...

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    You could do this in Power query using the 'Add Conditional Column',

     

     

    which will give you

Hi Anonymous 

 

You need to select "Transform Data" and then you should be able to action AntonioM's reponse from there.
