plot multiple dates in a row (swimlane)

I need to show a swimlane-type report where each lane represents a seperate event. Each event may have multiple dates that need to be plotted. I.e. Early bird registration, last day to register, event start date, event last date. 
Idealy I'd love to have each date type to be a seperate color and/or shape. 

I have tried all of the Gannt/Timeline custom visuals but they all seem to limit you to a single start and end date. 

Is a simple chart like this even possible in Power BI? I have seen many others request it but no real solution seems to be avialable.
