can it be possible to create below pivot in power bi?

I have data stored in three seperate tables customer, fact tables (orders data) and segment (customer belong to different segment) and date table. All measures are stored in fact table
challenge is how to create similar view in power bi

Make that matrix visual should not be difficult. What issue are you encountering?

I am trying to put measures , % orders, % offine orders and % online orders in row instead of columns. power bi does not allow to put measures on rows shelf
