pin custom visuals to VISUALIZATIONS pane

Is there a way to permanently pin imported custom visuals to the VISUALIZATIONS pane?

Do you mean that open a new pbix the imported custom visuals will display on the VISUALIZATIONS pane?

If it is, I'm afraid that you could create a template pbix which my achieve your requirement.
