Is it possible to add next to product name in for example table preview a picture of the product.

Or in Chart instead of product name have picture ??

Yes, you have to use URL's to the pictures and flag them as Image URL's.

What if I would have a excel file with pictures next to product name or number.

What do you mean about "an excel file with pictures"? Is it an image with a link that points to an excel file? If that is the case, could you check the new feature(More URL support in tables & matrix) in the latest version(May) of Power BI Desktop.
