percentage Difference

Hi

I have a data set which tracks monthly data by a learning programme. The table shows the programme, the date and then a count of which programmes are green, red and amber. I have then created a matrix to show the difference in red programmes over the last two months. What I want to add in is the percentage difference for each programme between the months.

so the data looks the same for February and I just simply pull the course into rows, the month into columns and the number of red programmes to values. I just want to see the percentage difference by programme from month to month as next month I will compare March and February
