pbix refresh stuck working on it

trying to manually refresh pbix in power bi desktop it says 

working on it forever. how can i troubleshoot? and find the cause 

does power bi have error logs  for me to have a look ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

try removing your previous steps one by one and see what causes the error.

You can also use the Diagnose step on Power Query.
