partial data refresh to Power BI from query to multiple JIRA projects

Hello all,

I do a Power BI report from a query to multiple JIRA projects with permanently increasing data volume in the same instance of a Cloud based JIRA to feed a multi display dashboard with graphs per JIRA project. Until recently this worked fine, but since 3 weeks this comes up with data missing, meaning the whole block of data from 1 or more of the JIRA projects, so their respective display remains empty. This happens when the refresh is carried out as auto refresh from the Power BI Server as well as when it is done from the Power BI desktop client. But there are no visible error messages displayed.

Does anybody know whether there are data volume limiting parameters on Power BI which might cause that effect?
And if yes, wher and how to modify that parameter?

And if no any other idea or experience that may help in finding the cause is welcome.

Thanks in advance

    Hi Joerg-64,
The size limit for each dataset in the Power BI service is 1 GB.

If you use Power BI Premium, the dataset size limit can be increased to 10 GB.

In addition, in Jira Cloud, Jira's REST API limits the number of exported issues to 1,000 at a time, so consider creating filters in Jira for the required data.
