hi, I am new to power BI. After I downloaded the power BI desktop and loaded data, I cannot find the Visualization and Fields on the right hand side. I think it`s because of the page size. But I tried to adjust the page view, still not working. How to zoom out the giant white board in the middle and show the whole view?

Hi @caiying100126 ,
Based on testing in the latest version 2.75.5649.861 of Power BI Desktop, I can find the Visualization and Fields on the right hand side, and I can adjust size of the report canvas by dragging the sidebar. You may update the Power BI Desktop to the latest version.

Hi there, sorry to hear you have a problem with that!
You can't zoom in or out on the main canvas as far as I know. It sounds like a failure in rendering the application, you could try;
1. Uninstall and re-install
2. Make sure you are on the latest Windows updates (assuming you are on Windows)
3. Make sure you update your drivers and .NET components installed on your device
Probably a re-install will do the trick, otherwise have a good look at point 3.
