Hello,
In order to avoid cluttering my dashboard, I put my filters in "Page filter". The problem is that i cannot edit interactions anymore. In other words, when i used slicers i could change interactions but now that i put my filters on "page filter" once i select a value it updates all my visualisations, while my need is to retrieve interaction on a specific visualisation.
Could you please tell me if is it possible to edit interactions with a page filter?if Yes, how ?
Thanks in advance
HI @NadaBen,
The page filters don't interfere with Interactions, you are abble to have interaction between the several visuals (slicers, graphs, custom visuals) no matter if you have page filters or not, what can be hapenning is that the page filters are reducing the information on your charts so that the interactions between the graphs are not visible since the information is already filter at it's lowest level in all visuals.

Thanks for your reply, either i haven't been clear enought or i didn't understand well your response, my question is how to retrieve interaction between my page filter and a visualization knowing that the "edit interaction" disappears from the ribbon?
Many thanks

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsI have 7 visuals, (Matrix, curves...) i have blocked interaction between all visuals and the one i don't want to be interacted with them.
So if i understand well, this page filters bellow will anyway slice the visual i don't want to be updated?

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsIn this case when i try to select a value from my filter which is placed in a visual level, it affects only one visual, so since i have 5 other visulas that i want them to be affected, i'll have to update this value in each filter level, so globally i'll have to update the same value 6 times ??
Hi @NadaBen,
I don't know how your visuals are setup but if you only have one visual that don't need to be affected by the overall filters, try to do a summarize table with the values you need.
This new table will get the information from your previous table however it's not affected by the visual if the columns of this new table is not placed in the page filters.

My dashboard must be visual, the graphic must be a curve as requested, it would be better to not use tables. Any way, since you told me that it is not possible to block interaction on a specif visualization ( no matter the type of visualization) from a page filter. I think that the solution is to use slicers even if it will take too much place. What do you think?
