It is possible to apply an order in report level filter fields?
no matter the order in which I add the fields they are always in alphabetical order position and I would like to change that

It seems you can't just drag and rearrange after you've placed them there

I did it, I carried all in the order I wanted to put after minimize the tab fields and filters he organized in alphabetical order automatically

Currently, it's not possible apply an order in report level filter fields. Regarding this issue, I would suggest you submit a idea on the Power BI Idea forum.
