open report error

It seems like you are using RLS with username to apply filter effects.
AFAIK, the RLS feature required you to assign the role to users before they access the report if you are working on the power bi service, or the report contents will not load any data and return the error of 'cant load data'.Notice:
RLS required the read-permission users and assign roles. If users have edit permission, the RLS will be disabled and the error should not be displayed.
