Create a disconnected calendar table as a slicer, and then create a measure to apply to the visual level filter:

Measure = 
var select_week = YEAR(SELECTEDVALUE('Date'[Date]))*100+WEEKNUM(SELECTEDVALUE('Date'[Date]))
var finacials_week = YEAR(SELECTEDVALUE(financials[Date]))*100+WEEKNUM(SELECTEDVALUE(financials[Date]))
return IF(finacials_week=select_week,1,0)
