Thanks for the solution Kaviraj11 offered and i want ot offer some more information for user to refer to.
hello Anonymous , based on your descriotion, you can put the year column, month column and quarter column to the page filter. and you only need to create the 1:n relationship(calendar date and other dates column in two tables).

Or you can create three slicers, put the year , quarter, month to the slicers.
