on-premises data gateway spool storage
The local data gateway spool storage folder is empty, how to solve it? I want to monitor the gateway to identify errors and performance. This folder is on the server where the gateway is installed.
Once the mashup request has been fulfilled the spool files will be leisurely removed. An empty folder doesn't mean a broken gateway.
Make sure that the service account has write access to the folder. You can also modify the config files to point to a different folder. We always move spool and log directories to a different spindle.
Don't forget to restart the service after you made the changes. Ideally stop the service, remove the old files, then start the service.

Hi EduardoMachado ,
Thanks for lbendlin reply, that's really helpful!
EduardoMachado As a supplement, I recommend that you configure the log file and restart the gateway. You can refer to the relevant content.Monitor and optimize on-premises data gateway performance | Microsoft Learn
