Solved: % of change based on previous record

Hi All,

I have a ID , Date and Count of Records Column in my data set.

Provided my dataset Below

I would like to have a measure which tell the % of Change, for eg. for ID 147005 - we have count of records =10 on 03/01/2021 and then the record counts decreased to 5 on 05/01/2021 so it got decreased by 50%.

Provided the expected Output below

Please help me on this to achieve the change of % in this scenario. Thanks in Advance.
