% of Total based on Grand Total & Category Total

Hi All,

I am trying to create a measure based on Category & Grand Total. I have tried using "All Except" function; but it works only for Subcategory. To get more clarity about the issue; I have attached the image for reference. I need to calculate "% of Total" & "Wght Impact", and the issue are with cell E6, F6, E10 and F10.
