No puedo agregar un objeto visual personalizado con la opción "Obtener más visuales" en la versión de Power bi Desktop Abril 2022. En versiones anteriores, sí podía

@lopmarm , In power bi service -> under Setting -> admin setting -> tenant setting-> enable allow custom visual not certified

 

Also, check any issues logged, few users reported this  https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
