oData connection with Great Planes

Getting the error below after adding the oData URL from Great Planes into Power BI (oData connection)

Not sure the circumstances with this, I do have full admin access to GP and the connection between Power BI device and Servers looks good. Any suggestions welcome.

Hi @dskeane

Thanks for reaching out to us.

This error message generally indicates a failure to resolve a hostname to an IP address. The reasons may be:

  1. The client can't contact the DNS server to resolve the name.
  2. The DNS query did not return a result.

The solution may be:

  1. Check that the host name is correctly specified
  2. Verify that there is network connectivity
  3. Check that the DNS server address is correct

I can confirm the three suggestions however still having an issue connecting using oData.

Question are there any other ways from client to host to test URL connection string that was create in Greate Planes?
