notifications from this site - sorry if this off topics

I am new here. I do not know what I did, I wanted to subscribe to my posts but now when I visit this site I get notifications pop up whenever anyone post here! how can I stop that. Thank you very much.

Has your problem been solved? If not, follow the steps.

Select My settings >SUBSCRIPTIONS & NOTIFICATIONS >Notification Settings. 

Many options have exclamation marks after them to better understand what they mean, or you can refer to my settings.

@lastnn30 , On the right top, Your profile icon will be there. Go to your profile and switch off notifications that you do not want
