notes on the dashboard view

Currently we are using Excel for our travelling technicians schedule. With excel it allows you to 'insert comments' which you can then save to show or hide. I am transitioning these travelling projects across to Power Bi as our Dashboard and using Microsoft Project Center for all the Data input.

Can anyone advise if Power Bi Desktop Dashboard view will allow notes advising what each project is without having to drill down by clicking on a project? The preferable option is to have a few notes instantly visible on the dashboard.
