is someone knows why the new measure button is disable for me?
is it related to extract\live connection?

Hi MP_123,
Yes. If you are connecting a SSAS Tabular data source with a live connection, all of the query and modeling features in Power BI Desktop are disabled when exploring live data. Please see FAQ in link below:

MP_123 If you are connected to a database - you should be able to still create measures. If you are connected to an AS model/cube you will not be able to build additional measures or calculated columns in the Desktop currently.
