new Matrix
It was available only in the preview area for a while, but after July it is generally available and is no longer a preview feature. It has replaced the old matrix visual entirely. The only matrix visual in the current version of Power BI is the new matrix visual. You do not need to use the preview features to access it. That article is old and out of date now.

I install the version of July 2017 with the link that you gave me ,but still can't see the new matrix
I expected to see the matrix Preview in the Visualizations as shown in that link

after the installation I can't find the new petrix to check under options and settings>>options>Preveiw features
