need to reshape the dataset

i have a dataset like this with columns of PK ,level,Parent &child.i have to create the slicer for unique value of PK then i need to create the path for higher level(-1) - how to reshape the data in...

sarath_chandra - path(column name, parent column name) 

 

1st parameter will be unique column id
