I need to connect Power BI to a Knack database , how do I do that, is there a Knack API I can use If yes, is it a ready product or it needs development
I tried using the famous solution that is there on web. But it keeps throwing an error in the blank query steps. Did anyone else got this error ?
This being the error.
Hi @Anonymous have you solve this already? mine having the same issue following the thread solution below.
Facing the issue that you did years ago. Did you find a workaround for it? I tried working with the links provided in the comment section but no luck. It keeps throwing errors and no table when I run the blank query.
Yes, did manage to get it to work, bascically using the functionality described by MGR below. Of course there's a bit of adaptation to bring the functionality into PowerBi, but it's possible.
The method I describe in this post has been working great for me for a long time:

Hi all, There's a thread about this in the Knack community forum:
https://support.knack.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000593232-Power-BI-or-Tableau-Integration
I have the same need. Did you ever find a good solution that you could possibly share?
hi, @eddyebeid
There is a similar issue here, you can refer to it.
There isn't an official data connector by now. Maybe you can submit an idea here: power-bi-ideas.
Maybe there is a workaround. You can try to use the Web connector with Knack API. Please refer to: https://www.knack.com/developer-documentation/#retrieving-records.
Best Regards,
Lin
