    sure, try to change 'Table'[Closed Date] >= _seldate to Table'[Closed Date] > _seldate  in measures

    count = 
var _seldate=SELECTEDVALUE(calendarTable[Date])
return countrows(filter('Table', 'Table'[Opened Date]<=_seldate &&'Table'[Closed Date]>_seldate))

    result
